A dedicated nutritionist and health coach, passionate about guiding others toward a healthier, more vibrant life. My journey into the world of health and wellness began from a deeply personal experience. When my partner struggled with poor health and disease, and traditional medication no longer provided the relief we sought, we found ourselves at a crossroads. It was then that we discovered the transformative power of a whole food lifestyle.
Over three years, we made small, consistent changes to our diet and lifestyle. We embraced nutrient-dense foods, countless kale smoothies, and a holistic approach to wellness. Today, my partner is disease-free and enjoying better health than ever before.
This remarkable journey inspired me to study and become a health coach, and qualified nutritionist, with the goal of helping others who face similar challenges and seek genuine support and lasting results.
Through my experiences, I've learned that the key to health is not about what you give up, but about what you add to your life. I don’t believe in restrictive diets; instead, I advocate for a healthy relationship with food, understanding what nourishes and heals your body, and recognizing what helps it thrive.
A healthy life encompasses much more than just food or exercise. It includes nourishing your body with wholesome food, maintaining a positive mindset, prioritizing wellness, and incorporating regular movement.
The most valuable lesson I’ve learned is that our bodies are unique, and listening to your body's needs is crucial for your health. Perfection should never be the enemy of the good. Health and lifestyle are not one-size-fits-all and it requires constant adaptation and personal adjustment.
While my research, personal experience, and work with clients have shown that plant-based foods can form the foundation of a healthy body and mind, I understand that health is multifaceted and deeply individual. My mission is to provide personalized health solutions that cater to the unique needs of each person I work with.

Nature Enthusiast
I’m a true nature lover and can’t imagine a life without long walks surrounded by the beauty of the natural world. There’s something incredibly soothing about discovering new places and wandering endlessly through bushland with my dogs by my side.
Gardening Aficionado
My partner and I are keen veggie gardeners. There’s something incredibly satisfying about growing our own produce and knowing exactly where our food comes from. It’s a rewarding experience that connects us to nature and promotes a healthier lifestyle. (Many plants have died in the process of discovering what can grow out here)
Yoga Practitioner
Yoga is my go-to practice to keep calm and centred. It helps me maintain a balanced mindset and stay connected to my body. Whether it’s a quick morning session or a longer practice in the evening, downward dog does magic when things get a bit crazy.
Animal Lover
Animals have always been a big part of my life. I share my home with my wonderful partner, stepdaughter, two dogs, and two cats. But it doesn’t stop there! Over the years, my love for animals has grown our little family to include ducks, chickens, lovebirds, and guineafowls. And did I mention I’m a horse lover? Endurance riding has been a significant part of my life, spending countless hours riding long distances across the beautiful landscapes of Australia.
Beach Wanderer
There’s nothing quite like a long walk along the beach to fill my soul. The sound of the waves, the smell of the sea, and the feeling of sand between my toes bring me immense peace and happiness. Now you know where to find me during my holidays!
